About me:

Alessandro Pagano holds a PhD in Water Engineering at the Techincal University of Bari (Italy). Since 2012 he has been working at the Italian Water Research Institute of the National Research Council (IRSA-CNR) in several research projects, mainly related to: i) vulnerability assessment of drinking water supply systems (using Bayesian Networks and MCDA tools); ii) resilience assessment of urban water supply systems, and interactions with human and environmental components through System Dynamics Modelling (SDM) and Network Theory analysis; iii) Sustainable water resources management and Water-Energy-Food Nexus; iv) Nature-based Solutions design and assessment using SDM. He has been working in EU projects (EDUCEN and NAIAD – H2020) and currently involved in (ReSET and REXUS – H2020, LENSES – Prima Foundation).
