{"id":6641,"date":"2023-12-01T13:29:42","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T12:29:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irsa.cnr.it\/wp\/?p=6641"},"modified":"2023-12-01T13:29:42","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T12:29:42","slug":"christmas-lecture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irsa.cnr.it\/wp\/?p=6641","title":{"rendered":"Christmas Lecture."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il CNR-IRSA propone il 20 dicembre \u2013 per la prima volta \u2013 un evento di disseminazione scientifica della serie \u201cChristmas Lecture\u201d, lezioni\/discussioni che presentano tematiche di notevole interesse alla comunit\u00e0 scientifica, a istituzioni pubbliche e private, oltre che a un pubblico generale.<\/p>\n<p>La Christmas Lecture 2023, dal titolo \u201cE\u2019 possibile un mondo senza i PFAS?\u201d, sar\u00e0 tenuta da Stefano Polesello e Sara Valsecchi, ricercatori presso CNR-IRSA (sede di Brugherio).<\/p>\n<p>I PFAS, o sostanze per- e polifluoroalchiliche, costituiscono una classe di composti chimici persistenti che si accumulano nell&#8217;ambiente e negli organismi viventi. Li troviamo nei prodotti di uso quotidiano in ogni settore, li utilizziamo inconsapevolmente in numerose applicazioni, dispositivi e servizi. La gestione e la limitazione dell&#8217;uso dei PFAS sono diventate prioritarie per affrontare le sfide ambientali e sanitarie associate a questi composti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 possibile liberarci da queste sostanze? Possiamo farne a meno nel nostro sistema produttivo e nella vita quotidiana?
