Il controllo continuo \u00e8 affidato ad una boa meteo-oceanografica, modello MONIT-BOA. La boa di superficie e\u0300 stata installata nell\u2019ambito del progetto EMSO-MedIT, mirato al potenziamento delle infrastrutture di ricerca marina in Sicilia, Campania e Puglia al fine di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consolidare ed espandere la rete per il monitoraggio multidisciplinare dell\u2019ambiente marino costiero e profondo e della colonna d\u2019acqua;<\/li>\n<li>mettere in rete tutte le infrastrutture esistenti e potenziare la trasmissione realtime\/near- real-time integrando le misure di sistemi osservativi fissi e rilocabili;<\/li>\n<li>costituire un sistema mobile di intervento da utilizzare per campagne di monitoraggio in siti di interesse strategico o in caso di emergenze ambientali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;3_5,2_5&#8243;
