In particolare, le nostre attivit\u00e0 riguardano:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">monitoraggio a lungo termine dei cambiamenti ambientali e climatici. Questo \u00e8 un programma a livello globale, ma recentemente ci si \u00e8 concentrati principalmente su laghi alpini e su regioni artiche e semi-aride;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sviluppo di nuove metodologie di biomonitoraggio;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">studio della risposta degli organismi acquatici ai cambiamenti ambientali e ricostruzione delle condizioni ambientali del passato;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sviluppo e uso di transfer functions per pigmenti e diatomee, che consentano di ricostruire in modo quantitativo i cambiamenti passati in termini di temperatura o di nutrienti su scala centennale, olocenica e tardoglaciale;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ricostruzione nel tempo della biodiversit\u00e0 delle comunit\u00e0 lacustri di cladoceri. Banca delle uova e uso di queste in esperimenti di laboratorio;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">monitoraggio della presenza di POP e metalli in traccia (es. Hg) in regioni Alpine e sub-alpine (in collaborazione con CNR-IRSA e Universit\u00e0 dell\u2019Insubria).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcuni programmi di ricerca integrano i dati osservati (neolimnologici) con quelli paleolimnologici al fine di migliorare la comprensione sull\u2019autoecologia degli organismi in relazione a fattori di stress esogeni e sulle modalit\u00e0 con cui si innescano cambiamenti nei processi biotici della rete trofica lacustre.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;3_5,2_5&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;18px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;|10px||10px|false|false&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221; border_color_all=&#8221;RGBA(0,0,0,0)&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strumentazione:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Strumentazione di campo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">carotatori a gravit\u00e0 (UWITEC), ad \u201canelli\u201d (LIMNOS) e a ghiaccio secco per il prelievo di carote di sedimento di circa 1m di lunghezza;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">carotatori tipo Jenkins per lo studio di dettaglio dell\u2019interfacci acqua-sedimento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Strumentazione di laboratorio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All\u2019interno dello spazio dedicato e specializzato nel trattamento di carote di sedimento (taglio longitudinale delle carote, riprese fotografiche e sub-campionamento) sono presenti le seguenti strumentazioni:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>attrezzature per taglio carote di sedimento e strumentazione fotografica specializzata per la documentazione del materiale raccolto;<\/li>\n<li>archivio carote in cella termostata a 4\u00b0C, corredata di apposite scaffalature per l\u2019alloggiamento delle carote;<\/li>\n<li>freezer per lo stoccaggio dei campioni;<\/li>\n<li>magnetometro (Bartington) per la misura della suscettivit\u00e0 magnetica;<\/li>\n<li>bilance tecniche e microscopi per le osservazioni preliminari dei campioni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nel laboratorio dedicato alle analisi geochimiche e dei pigmenti algali (carotenoidi e microcistine) sono presenti le seguenti strumentazioni:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>spettrofotometro doppio raggio UV-VIS (SAFAS, Principato di Monaco);<\/li>\n<li>cromatografo liquido ad alta pressione HPLC (Thermofisher) equipaggiato con auto campionatore, pompa quaternaria, termostato per colonna, e rivelatore UV-VIS a diodi;<\/li>\n<li>analizzatore elementare (Flash EA 1112, Thermo finnigan);<\/li>\n<li>stufe e muffole per essicazione dei campioni e determinazioni gravimetriche della sostanza organica e carbonati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All\u2019interno dello spazio dedicato alla microscopia per il riconoscimento tassonomico di micro-fossili sono inoltre presenti due microscopi ottico a contrasto di fase (Zeiss).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
